System Variable 746: Set Recalculate Hour Allocation Method After Time Entry

Use this System Variable to determine if WorkBook should recalculate booked time after time entries are made.

You can select any of the following options for this setting:

• 1 - Recalculate immediately: When this option is selected, WorkBook reduces an employee's booked time with the time that they have already entered or registered in the system.
• 2 - Don't recalculate: When this option is selected, WorkBook does not reduce an employee's booked time with the time that they have already entered or registered in the system.

The default value for this System Variable is 1 - Recalculate immediately.
