System Variable 1075: Allow Employee User to Close Ticket / Mark Entire Task as Completed (Done)
Use this System Variable to determine which user can close a ticket or mark a task as completed.
You can select any of the following options for this setting:
- 1 - No limitation, everybody can mark task as done: When this option is selected, all users with access to the job can mark the task as done or close the ticket.
- 2 - Limit to job PM: When this option is selected, only the Project Manager of the job can mark the task as done or close the ticket.
- 3 - Limit to job PM or task responsible: When this option is selected, only the Project Manager of the job or the user identified as the Task Responsible can mark the task as done or close the ticket.
- 4 - Limit to job PM or task responsible or job Production Manager: When this option is selected, only the Project Manager or Production Manager of the job or the user identified as the Task Responsible can mark the task as done or close the ticket.
The default value for this System Variable is 1 - No limitation, everybody can mark task as done.
