Delete Emails about Debtors or Creditors

The Emails tab displays your email communications that you have had with the debtor or creditor that you select on the List tab. You can delete emails that you no longer need.

To use Debtor List in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To use Creditor List in the Creditors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in Employee Cross-Company Access under Settings.

To delete an email about a debtor or creditor:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to delete debtor or creditor emails.
  3. Take one of the following actions in the left pane of the Finance & Administration page:
    • Select Debtors > Debtor List.
    • Select Creditors > Creditor List.
  4. On the List tab, select the debtor or creditor that is connected with the email that you want to delete.
  5. On the Emails tab , select an email and click Delete Email on the grid toolbar.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
