Search for Global Activities

Use the Global Activity Settings tab under the Activities submodule to search for global activities.

To use Activities in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a global activity:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the global activity that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Activities.
4. Click the Global activity settings tab and on the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the global activity.
