View Debtor Reminder History

Use the Debtors in Reminder tab under Debtor Reminders under the Debtors submodule to view the debtor reminder history.

To use Debtor Reminders in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To view the debtor reminder history:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the debtor reminder history that you want to view.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Debtor Reminders.
4. Click the Debtors in Reminder tab and use the Reminder History drop-down list to select the reminder that you want to view.
