Delete a Phase (from the Phase Settings Screen)

Use the Tasks submodule to delete phases

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a phase:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the phase that you want to delete.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, click the Gantt view.
6. In the grid, highlight the phase that you want to delete and click Phase Settings on the tab toolbar.
7. On the toolbar of the Phase Settings screen, click Delete Phase .
8. When prompted for confirmation, click Delete.
