Remove Pipeline Status Codes

Use Pipeline Status Codes in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to remove selected pipeline status codes.

To use Pipeline Status Codes in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a pipeline status code:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove a pipeline status code.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Status Codes.
  4. Highlight the pipeline status code that you want to delete, and on the grid toolbar, click Remove Pipeline Status Code .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the pipeline status code immediately.
