Hide Non Active Company Activities

Use the Company Activity Settings tab under the Activities submodule to hide non active company activities.

To use Activities in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide non active company activities:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the non active company activities that you want to hide.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Activities.
4. Click the Company activity settings tab and on the grid toolbar, select the Hide non active company activities check box.
