Add New Global Activities

Use the Global Activity Settings tab under the Activities submodule to add new global activities.

To use Activities in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new global activity:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new global activity.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
  4. Click the Global activity settings tab and click New activity .
  5. In the Create new activity dialog box, enter or select the necessary information and click OK.
  6. You can edit the Activity Name and Activity Phase fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
