Open Resource Cards of Production Managers of Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need

Use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource cards of Production Managers of tasks with not fully booked capacity need.

To use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the Production Manager of a task with not fully booked capacity need:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need.
  3. Highlight the task with not fully booked capacity need of the Production Manager whose resource card you want to open.
  4. Double-click on the corresponding Production Manager field.
    WorkBook opens the Production Manager's resource card.
  5. Click Close .
