Enable Activity Access

Use the List tab under the Price Lists submodule to enable activity access for selected price lists.

To use Price Lists in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the activity access of a price list:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price list that you want to enable the activity access of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the List tab.
5. Highlight the price list that you want to enable the activity access of and select the Enable activity access check box.
