Search for Material Approver Roles

Use the Material Approval submodule to search for material approver roles.

To use Material Entry Approval in the Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a material approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the material approver role that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Material Approval.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the material approver role.
