Search for Job Responsible Records

Use Revenue Forecast Methods in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to search for job responsible records in a selected profit forecast method.

To use Revenue Forecast Methods in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a job responsible record:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the profit forecast method that has the job responsible record for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Revenue Forecast Methods.
  4. Highlight the profit forecast method that has the job responsible record for which you are looking, and in the bottom grid, click the Job Responsibles tab.
  5. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the job responsible record.
