Enable Active Status of Agent Schedules
Use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to enable the active status of selected agent schedules.
To use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To enable the active status of an agent schedule:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the agent schedule for which you want to enable the active status.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Highlight the agent that has the schedule for which you want to enable the active status.
- In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
- Highlight the schedule for which you to enable the active status, and select the Active check box.
