Enable Active Status of Notification Process Schedules

Use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to enable the active status of notification process schedules.

To use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a notification process schedule:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the notification process schedule for which you want to enable the active status.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
4. Highlight the notification process that has the schedule for which you want to enable the active status.
5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
6. Highlight the schedule for which you want to enable the active status, and select the Active check box.
