Enable Active Status of Notification Process Schedules
Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to enable the active status of notification process schedules.
To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To enable the active status of a notification process schedule:
- On the main toolbar, click Settings .
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the notification process schedule that you want to enable the active status of.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- Highlight the notification process with the schedule that you want to enable the active status of.
- In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
- Highlight the schedule that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
