Conversation & Notification Setup

Use Conversation & Notification Setup under Settings to configure notifications for conversations within WorkBook. You can run and edit the parameters of notification processes, remove warnings, and add, delete, and enable schedules of selected notification processes.

To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

• Scheduling: On this tab, you can add, edit, and delete schedules for the selected notification process.
• Parameters: On this tab, you can set and edit the parameters of the selected notification process.
