Disable Resources
Use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule in the Setting module to disable selected resources.
To use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To disable a resource:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the resource that you want to disable.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .

Highlight the resource that you want to disable, and on the grid toolbar, click
and select
Enable / Disable Selected Resource.
- In the Disable Employee dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select the active employee who inherits all or certain types of data and the employee expiration date.
- Click OK.
