Use the Project Settings option under the Jobs List submodule to edit your latest comment in project conversations.
To use Jobs List, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To edit your latest comment in a project conversation:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

In the left pane, click
Jobs List.

Highlight the job that is associated with the project conversation that contains the comment that you want to edit.

Click
Further Options
and select
View Project Settings.

In the Project Settings dialog box, click the Project Conversation tab.
WorkBook displays the project conversation threads in the left pane and the comments on the selected conversation in the right pane.

In the left pane, highlight the project whose conversation contains the comment that you want to edit.

Hover over your latest comment and click
Edit Comment
.

In the
Type a Comment or Drag Files Here field, make the necessary edits on the comment and click
Cancel,
Delete,
Publish, or
Private, as appropriate.
The edits are reflected in your latest comment in the conversation.
