System Variable 1148: Globally Enable the Outbound Mail System

Use this System Variable to globally enable the outbound mail system.

For more information about outgoing mail configuration, see KB Article # 95678.

Enable it by selecting its checkbox; disable it by clearing its checkbox.

This setting is enabled by default.
