Agent Type 118 - Mail Import Public Agent
Use Agent Type 118 - Mail Import Public Agent to import email messages from external email systems into WorkBook.
Prerequisites
This agent enables users to access a mailbox via the Public tab.
You must provide this agent with access to the email messages by supplying the following information:
- Username
- Password
- Location of the external system
This agent imports only the emails for the Public tab in Email Import. You can use other agents for populating personal emails.
Note: The Email Import options in
My Settings are for personal emails only.
Parameters
You must set the following parameters for this agent:

| WorkBook Web Address | The URL for your WorkBook site. |
| User Login for Storage Service | The storage service username. |
| Password for the Storage Service | The storage service password. |
| IMAP Server | The address of your IMAP Server. |
| IMAP Username | The username that is required to access the IMAP server. |
| IMAP Password | The password that is required for the IMAP server. |
| Source Folder | The folder in the email system that contains the emails to be imported. |
| Destination Folder | The folder to which imported emails are archived. |
| Allow Duplicates | Select this option to allow emails to be imported more than once. |
