Search for Resources in Capacity Profiles Exceptions

Use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule to search for resources in capacity profile exceptions.

To use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a resource in a capacity profile exception:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the capacity profile exception resource that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
4. Use the Exception drop-down list to select the exception capacity profile with the resource that you are looking for.
5. On the toolbar of the right pane, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the resource.
