Search for Resources in Capacity Profiles Exceptions

Use Exception Capacity Profiles in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to search for resources in capacity profile exceptions.

To use Exception Capacity Profiles in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a resource in a capacity profile exception:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the capacity profile exception resource for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
  4. Use the Exception drop-down list to select the exception capacity profile that has the resource for which you are looking.
  5. On the toolbar of the right pane, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the resource.
