Enable Active Status of Email Import Recognition Rules

Use Email Import Recognition Rules in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to enable the active status of selected email import recognition rules.

To use Email Import Recognition Rules in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of an email import recognition rule:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the email import recognition rule for which you want to enable the active status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Email Import Recognition Rules.
  4. Highlight the email import recognition rule for which you want to enable the active status, and select the Active check box.
