Pin Task Cards for Job Conversations

Use the Job settings option under the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to pin a task card for job conversations.

To use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To pin a task card in a job conversation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job conversation that you want to pin a task card for.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Month-end > Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up.
  4. Highlight the job of the conversation that you want to pin a task card for and on the grid toolbar, click Job settings .
  5. Click the Chat tab and on the toolbar of the left pane, select Task from the category drop-down list.
  6. Highlight the conversation that you want to pin a task card for.
  7. In the right pane, click Pin this task card and select the pinboard or dashboard where you want to pin the task card.
    Alternatively, click Open the context menu for task card and select Pin to dashboard. You can choose to pin the task card to either your dashboard or to a new dashboard.
  8. If you choose to pin the task card to a new dashboard, in the Dashboard title dialog box, enter a title for the new dashboard and click OK.
