Use the List tab under Subscriptions under the Debtors submodule to mark client subscriptions as expired.
To use Subscriptions in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to
Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To mark a client subscription as expired:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.

If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to mark a client subscription as expired.

In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click
.

Click the
List tab and highlight the subscription that you want to mark as expired.

Click
Mark Client Subscription as Expired
.
Alternatively, click

and select
Mark as Expired

or press CTRL + DELETE.

In the confirmation dialog box, click
Yes.
