Mark Client Subscriptions as Expired

Use the List tab under Subscriptions under the Debtors submodule to mark client subscriptions as expired.

To use Subscriptions in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To mark a client subscription as expired:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to mark a client subscription as expired.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Subscriptions.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the subscription that you want to mark as expired.
  5. Click Mark Client Subscription as Expired .
    Alternatively, click and select Mark as Expired or press CTRL + DELETE.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
