Search for a Resource in the Booked Resources Subgrid

Use the Tasks submodule to search for a resource from the Booked Resources subgrid.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a resource:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task whose booking settings you to view.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task whose booking settings you want to view and click Booked Resources on the tab toolbar.
6. On the toolbar of the Resources subgrid, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the resource that you want to find.
