Upload Briefings for Quick Ticket Templates

Use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to upload a default briefing for a quick ticket template.

To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To upload a briefing for a quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the quick ticket template for which you want to upload a briefing.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. Highlight the quick ticket template for which you want to upload a briefing, and on the grid toolbar, click Default Briefings .
  5. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Upload a Briefing and open the briefing file that you want to upload.
    Note: You can upload only one briefing at a time per quick ticket template.
