Delete Prices from Subscriptions

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to delete prices from subscriptions.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a price from a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the subscription from which you want to delete a price.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription that is connected to the item from which you want to delete a price.
5. In the bottom grid, highlight the subscription item from which you want to delete a price.
6. On the grid toolbar, click Open Sidebar .
7. In the sidebar, click the Subscription Price Matrix.
8. Highlight the price that you want to delete and click Delete Price .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the price immediately.
