Delete VAT Activity Codes

Use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to delete VAT activity codes.

To use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a VAT activity code:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a VAT activity code.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > VAT Settings.
4. Click the VAT Activity Codes tab.
5. Highlight the VAT activity code that you want to delete, and on the grid toolbar, click Delete VAT Activity Code .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the VAT activity code immediately.
