Edit Revenue Forecast Responsible of Jobs or Pipelines of Revenue Forecast Clients

Use Revenue Forecast in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to edit the Revenue Forecast (RF) responsible of the jobs or pipelines of revenue forecast clients.

To use Revenue Forecast, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit the RF responsible of the job or pipeline of a revenue forecast client:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Revenue Forecast.
3. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the revenue forecast of the client of the job or pipeline whose RF responsible you want to edit.
4. Highlight the revenue forecast client of the job or pipeline whose RF responsible you want to edit.
5. In the bottom grid, click the Job tab or Pipeline tab, as applicable.
6. Highlight the job whose RF responsible you want to edit.
7. Click on the corresponding RF Responsible field and use the drop-down list to select the resource that you want to use as the RF responsible.
