Deactivate Price Groups

Use the Employee Price Groups submodule to deactivate price groups.

To use Employee Price Groups in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To deactivate a price group:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price group that you want to deactivate.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Employee Price Groups.
4. Click the Groups tab.
5. Highlight the price group that you want to deactivate and click Deactivate selected price group .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deactivates the price group at once.
6. If you want to activate the price group again, highlight the price group and select the Enabled check box.
