Enable Attributes
Use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to enable selected attributes.
To use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To enable a attribute:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the attribute that you want to enable.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Highlight the attribute that you want to enable and select the Enabled check box.
- To disable the attribute, deselect the Enabled check box.
