System Variable 814: Automatically Add a Conversation Comment About Important Task Changes

Use this System Variable to specify whether significant changes to a task should be indicated as a message on the task conversation.

When this System Variable is enabled, WorkBook posts a conversation message when any of the following changes occurs:

• Task has been set to Completed.
• Task deadline has been changed.
• Booked employee on the task has been marked as done.

Enable this System Variable by selecting its checkbox. To disable it, clear the checkbox.

This System Variable is disabled by default.

Note: Posting of a comment is triggered only if a conversation exists on the task and a user has made a time entry.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
