Add New Pipeline Competitors

Use Pipeline Competitor in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to add new pipeline competitors.

To use Pipeline Competitor in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new pipeline competitor:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new pipeline competitor.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Competitor.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Competitor .
5. In the Add a Competitor dialog box, select a pipeline competitor from the drop-down list.
6. If the pipeline competitor that you want to add is not in the drop-down list, click Create Resource to add a name.
7. In the Add New Resource dialog box, enter the name and a set of initials and click OK.
8. Select the pipeline competitor that you added from the drop-down list.
9. Click OK.
