Edit AR/AP VAT Code Settings

Use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to edit AR/AP VAT code settings.

To use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit AR/AP VAT code settings:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the AR/AP VAT code whose settings you want to edit.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > VAT Settings.
  4. Click the AR/AP VAT Codes tab.
  5. Highlight the AR/AP VAT code whose settings you want to edit, and double-click on the corresponding field or select or deselect the appropriate check box.
