Add New Activity Phases

Use the Activity Phase Settings tab under the Activities submodule to add new activity phases.

To use Activities in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new activity phase:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new activity phase.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
  4. Click the Activity phase settings tab and click New activity phase .
  5. You can edit the Phase Name and Phase Description fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
