Open Resource Card of Production Managers of Overdue Tasks

Use My Overdue Tasks in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource card of the Production Managers of overdue tasks.

To use My Overdue Tasks, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the Production Manager of an overdue task:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > My Overdue Tasks.
3. Highlight the overdue task of the Production Manager whose resource card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Production Manager field.
   WorkBook opens the Production Manager's resource card.
5. Click Close .
