Search for Ticket Statuses

Use Ticket Statuses in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to search for ticket statuses.

To use Ticket Statuses in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a ticket status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the ticket status for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search in Grid field to enter a keyword that is associated with the ticket status.
