Collapse Conversation Lists

Use the Jobs List, Chat, or Settings submodule to collapse the list of conversations of a selected job.

To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To use Chat, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To use Settings, you must have access to Jobs as defined in e User Access Rights under Settings.

To collapse the list of job conversations:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Highlight the job whose list of conversations you want to collapse.
4. Take one of the following actions:
   • Click Further options and select View job settings. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Chat.
   • On the grid toolbar, click Job properties sidebar and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Chat .
   • On the side toolbar, click Chat.
   • On the side toolbar, click Settings and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Chat.
5. On the toolbar of the left pane, click Collapse list .
6. If you want to view the category tabs or drop-down list or expand the list of conversations, click Expand list .
