System Variable 432: Resource Folder: If Possible Then Automatically Rename the Resource Folder When the Resource Name Is Changed

Use this System Variable to automatically rename the resource folder when the resource name is updated.

When this System Variable is enabled, when a client name is changed, WorkBook automatically renames the corresponding resource folder.

Note: If any user has the client folder open, this prevents WorkBook from changing the name of that folder.

Important: For this System Variable to work, WorkBook must have access to change the folder name in the storage provider.

You can enable this setting by selecting its checkbox; disable it by clearing its checkbox.

This setting is enabled by default.
