Enable Use of Job Templates on All other Companies

Use the Job Templates submodule to enable the use of a job template on all other companies.

To use Job Templates in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the use of a job template on all other companies:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the job template that you want to enable the use of on all other companies.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Job Templates.
4. Highlight the job template that you want to enable the use of on all other companies and select the Allow use on all other companies check box.
