Import Access Roles

Use the User Access Rights submodule to import access roles.

To use the User Access Rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To import an access role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to import an access role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  4. Click the User Access Setup tab and click Import an Access Role .
  5. In the Import Access Role dialog box, enter or paste the identification key of the access role that you want to import.
  6. If you want to replace an existing access role, select the Replace Existing Access Role check box and use the Access Role to Replace drop-down list to select the access role that you want to replace.
  7. Click OK.
  8. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
