Use the Project Settings option under the Jobs List submodule to hide comments in project conversations.
To use the Jobs List submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To hide a comment in a project conversation:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

On the side toolbar, click
Jobs List.

Highlight the job associated with the project conversation that contains the comment that you want to hide.

Click
Further Options
and select
View Project Settings.

In the Project Settings dialog box, click the Project Conversation tab.
Workbook displays the project conversation threads in the left pane and the comments of the selected conversation in the right pane.

In the left pane, highlight the project whose conversation contains the comment that you want to hide.

Right click on the comment that you want to hide and select
Hide this comment from the menu.
WorkBook displays
at the right side of the comment.

If you want to display the comment again, right click on the comment and select
Show this comment from the menu.
