Reject Absence Entries

Use Absence Entry Approval in the Absence Entry submodule in the Tasks module to reject absence entries.

To use Absence Entry, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To reject an absence entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Absence Entry Approval.
  3. Highlight the absence entry that you want to reject.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Reject Selected Items .
    Alternatively, click the corresponding Reject Selected field.
  5. In the Reject Entries dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
