Delete Capacity Profiles
Use Default Capacity Profile in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to delete capacity profiles.
To use Default Capacity Profile in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To delete a capacity profile:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete capacity profiles.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Click the Company-Specific Profiles tab.

Click on any of the hours or time fields of the capacity profile that you want to delete, and click
Delete Selected Capacity Profile
.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
