System Variable 166: Default Rate, in Percent, for VAT/Tax

Use this System Variable to specify the default VAT or Tax percentage that will be used on Price Quotes (PQs). Take note that users can still manually change the default VAT or Tax percentage.

Note: The VAT or Tax default value can also come from the Client or Debtor, depending on what Company Variable 24 is set to. Company Variables can be found in Settings > Company Settings > Company Variables.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
