Open Resource Cards of Account Managers of Subscription Agreements Ready for Billing

Use Subscription Agreements Ready for Billing in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource cards of the Account Managers of subscription agreements that are ready for billing.

To use Rejected Entries, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the Account Manager of a subscription agreement that is ready for billing:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Rejected Entries.
3. Highlight the subscription agreement that is ready for billing of the Account Manager whose resource card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Responsible field.
   WorkBook opens the Account Manager's resource card.
