Add Next Pipeline Activity

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add a new pipeline activity after the previous one from the pipeline card. This option enables you to mark the previous activity as done.

Note: To complete this task, you must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities.

To add the next pipeline activity from the pipeline card:

1. Display the pipeline card. See Display the Pipeline Card.
2. In the pipeline card grid, select the pipeline activity that will precede the activity that you are creating.
3. On the top toolbar of the pipeline card, click Create Next Activity .
4. Use the fields and options in the Add Next Pipeline Activity dialog box to create the next activity.
   You have the option to set the previous activity and the activity that you are creating as done.
