Open Subscription Information Card

Use the Agreement tab under Subscriptions under the Debtors submodule to open the subscription information card.

To use Subscriptions in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the subscription information card:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the subscription information card that you want to open.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Subscriptions.
4. Click the List tab and highlight the subscription for which you want to open the information card.
5. Click the Agreement tab and click Subscription Information .
6. To close the subscription information card, click Subscription Information again.
