Create Recurrence Bookings for Assigned Tasks
Use Calendar View in the To-Do submodule in the Tasks module to create recurrence bookings for your assigned tasks.
To use Calendar View, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To create a recurrence booking for an assigned task:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks
.
- In the left pane of the Tasks page, click .

Take one of the following actions:
- Hover over the assigned task for which you want to create a recurrence booking and click
Recurrence Booking
.
- Highlight the assigned task for which you want to create a recurrence booking, and on the grid toolbar, click
Show Task Card
.
- On the WorkBook footer, use the Task No. field to enter the applicable task number.
- Hover over the assigned task for which you want to create a recurrence booking and click
Recurrence Booking

In the task card, click the
Recurrence Booking tab and click
Add New
.
- In the New Recurrent Booking dialog box, enter a name for the new recurring booking that you want to create and click OK.
- Identify the start and end dates, start time, and number of booked hours, frequency, and skip dates, if there are any.
- Click Generate Bookings.
- You can also duplicate, delete, and rename existing recurring bookings.
