Create Recurrence Bookings for Assigned Tasks
Use the Calendar View submodule to create recurrence bookings for your assigned tasks.
To use the Calendar View submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To create a recurrence booking for an assigned task:
- On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
- In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click .

Take one of the following actions:
- Hover over the assigned task for which you want to create a recurrence booking and click Recurrence Booking .
- Highlight the assigned task for which you want to create a recurrence booking and on the grid toolbar, click Show task card .
- On the WorkBook footer, use the Task no field to enter the applicable task number.
- In the task card, click the Recurrence Booking tab and click Add new .
- In the New Recurrent Booking dialog box, enter a name for the new recurrent booking that you want to create and click OK.
- Identify the start and end dates, start time and number of booked hours, and frequency and skip dates, if there are any.
- Click Generate bookings.
- You can also duplicate, delete, and rename existing recurrent bookings.
- Click Close .
