Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view the changes made to company settings over certain periods by displaying the company's change logs in
Resources. You can also view the changelogs in
.
Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.
To view a company's change logs:

On the main toolbar, click
Resources
.

On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon
, select
Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.

Select the company whose changelogs you want to view by completing any of the following actions:
- In the
Search in Grid field, enter the name of the company, then select it from the grid.
- Click the
Filter field next to the
Search in Grid field, select
Company as your filter, and select the company from the grid.

On the grid toolbar, click
Resource Information
/ to display the company card.

On the side toolbar of the company card, click
.

Use the date fields on the top toolbar of the company card to enter a date range.
WorkBook displays the changelogs for the date range you entered.
